Alina's Spice Infused Edamame

I've been eating a lot of edamame lately. What's not to love? It's tasty and fun to eat. It's simple to whip up some well-seasoned edamame and it makes a great side for salmon, sushi or stir fry.

Total time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:
  • Edamame (1 lb frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasonings of your choice (I like chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Edamame should have a little zip, so the more generous you are with your seasoning quantities the better)

Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Add the edemame. Boil the edamame for 5 minutes. Mix the seasonings with the olive oil. Toss the edamame with the olive oil blend.

Wasn't that easy?
